This may be the pool at the Chinese YMCA but only because it was together with another picture of a square in the same location.

HMS Argus served in the Royal Navy from 1918 to 1944. She was converted from the ocean liner, Conte Rosso, laid down in 1914 by William Beardmore and Company in Dalmuir, Scotland, that was under construction when the First World War began.

1923 Hong Kong Golf in Fanling

'The Hong Kong Golf Club is a private golf club, and is one of only a few in Hong Kong. It is home to the Hong Kong Open, a tournament co-sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours.
