"Plaza House (HK) Ltd"  confirmed by Moddsey as being based in Far East Mansion on Middle Road, TST. See comment below.

28 Tai Hang Road (勤屋)

This property, seen in a screen capture from the 1960 film, Visa to Canton, stood at 28 Tai Hang Road (now Kan Oke House).
It appears to have been demolished soon after this footage was taken - an aerial photo from 1963 shows an empty plot - before the site was redeveloped in the current Kan Oke House apartment block.

Film still from The Black Dragon's Revenge (1975) showing the former Junction Road entrance to the Kowloon Chinese Christian Cemetery. Note the ornamental archway and the chapel behind the wall.

The archway, wall and chapel were demolished (when?) and replaced by a large Ossuarium building that now fronts Junction Road.

1955

Screen capture from the 1955 film Flight to Hong Kong. This wasn't a particularly important location for this film, just one of the many brief glimpses that were filmed to establish various scenes. In the film, this is supposed to be in Macau.

The main entrance was on the north east corner of the intersection. So the section of the facade on the left of the image faces Fenwick Street. The site later had the East Town Theatre and now has the East Town Building.

I think this shows what used to be the Morning Post Flats. This is a screencap from the 1971 show Shirley's World
