A view of Sek Kong Valley and Plain (Bowl) taken from Tai Mo Shan. The thin white strip (left middle) is the runway at RAF Sek Kong. During the 1950s, Vampires and Venoms (jet fighters) operated out of Sek Kong.

The photo should be taken from Route Twisk of Tai Mo Shan(a mountain near by). The runway of Shek Kong Barracks was clearly seen. The village at the near side of the photo was Sheung Tsuen Village.
