Is this near Castle Peak, just west of Tuen Mun?

Note the sailing junk at the back of the photo, and the rainbow rising from the white ship on the left.

No, it is Tsing YI Island, the cutaway on the hillside behind the ship was for the power station site for which construction had just started. The power station was demolished in the late 1990s but the site remains.
