Hi there,
1. I believe the house at the lower left corner of the photo was (and still is) the Indian club. The big lawn should also be the property of the club. I think they have another club house at Kingspark, right at the side street leading up to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital;
2. The military quarters atop Leighton Hill are visible;
3. The Saint Paul's Convent (Catholic) School/Convent/Chapel/Hospital complex are also visible;

Thank you, tngan, for identifying more places. However, the two white buildings atop Leighton Hill (address was: 16 Link Road) were government quarters and not military quarters. The military quarters were Harcourt Place on Wong Nai Chung Road (at the foot of Leighton Hill).
