Or at least after 1918, the construction date shown on the 'Chinese YMCA' Place.

Agreed, it's not the YMCA. Please delete it from the Places shown.

Could the yellow building be the second building on the left in this photo: http://gwulo.com/node/7156 ? That would put it one block up the hill above the YMCA.
