This is just about the last of the photos I have from HK. This was a stop on a NT tour I went on. There was a small souvenir stand nearby, and I bought an english-language copy of Mao's little red book there. Do I misunderstand, or was there also a "Tai Pak" in Aberdeen harbor also?

Yes, there was and still is a Tai Pak in Aberdeen Harbour, now incorporated into the Jumbo Kingdom.
