Here's the best match I can find in Streetview. I was looking for a view that had the small hill showing behind the gap, roughly in the centre of the photo:

Today's maps show this village as "Pik Shui Sun Tsuen", but a 1979 map shows it as Tai Po Tsai Sun Tsuen, which matches the other information we've found.
