I seem to remember it is located behind the Waterloo Road ambulance station. I think I may have been with David when he took this picture...

Good memory! I think that's a day we were wandering round looking at some of the old air raid shelter tunnels in the area.

Incredible memory in scope and recall, considering this site is well hidden. Thanks!   There was, still is, a substation on Poplar Street around the corner from my Ki Lung Street home.   Regards,  Peter

I can't believe I remembered that either...:) There is something in the architecture of these places. I pass one on Shun Ning Road almost everyday and like its almost art deco style curves.
