Counting from the runway in a north-westerly direction, this crossbar was Bar 3 (later renamed Bar 4 after the runway extension was completed in 1974) of the Runway 13 Approach Light System. In later years the pylons would be removed and the lights were installed on the roof of the building.

Location
The location was junction of Nga Tsin Wai Road and Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City.
