Chauffeurs at ? St John's Cathedral

Chauffeurs at ? St John's Cathedral

Another tiny photo of cars from the Warren family's collection. This time the legend on the back says "Chauffeurs at ?St John's Cathedral". The number plate of the car in front is 454. Is it St John's in fact?

It does look like St John's, though I think the actual cathedral is out of sight on the left, and the building we're looking at above is the cathedral hall, see:

St. John's Cathedral Hall

Amazing! Hasn't changed a bit in nearly 100 years. And about how many buildings or places in HK can you ever say that?!

Although I do have a photo of the opening ceremony of the Helena May Institute on Garden Rd in 1916. If you stand under the banyan tree on opposite side of the road, next to the American Consulate i.e. from roughly where the photo was taken, you can see that the Institute's facade hasn't changed much.
