The 3rd of four photos uploaded - depicting this Hospital building - presumed to be in Kowloon. This photo shows the covered walkway between two hospital units.
This is a "still" taken from an 8mm film made in 1948 - hence the blurred image.
Can anyone identify the Hospital? I believe my brother was born there, so maybe its a maternity hospital.

100% certain it is Kowloon Hospital
Absolutely certain about this one and the other one https://gwulo.com/atom/19887. Both are almost the same spot. You can see the ends of that covered walkway.

That building just off the middle to the left is the building shown in https://gwulo.com/atom/19887 The covered walkway is just north of it.
