Could this possibly be the old stone bridge in Roland Brooks' 8mm film - frame 47-48-11? It would appear he was going through this area on his 'round robin' - though I guess there are many such footbridges?
I think these bridges are like pagodas - not many around. I am fairly certain this one the same one seen on your film Suzie, but need to find a more exact location. It's quite possible that these locations on your video are all within fairly close proximity to the Tai Po and Castle Peak Roads (which form the road-loop around the NT).
Unfortunately I'm still no nearer finding the exact location. Someone from the FB group has offered a possibility, but we now seem to both be in agreement that the surrounding hills don't give us a match.
