Benny Proulx was a keen racing man, as were Harry Penn and Aci Bowker, in those pre-war days.  I wonder if anyone can identify them among the men in this photograph?  ER.

I don't know Penn or Bowker but I looked at the photos and Benny Proulx is not in either.
