This picture was given to me and I am seeking to identify where it is. The only info I have on it is "circa 1900". I am guessing it is south China based on the visible shipping and style of dress of the people. However, the architecture, particularly the more western style building on the left hand side is unfamiliar... it does not seem like Hong Kong. Does anyone have any idea? Many thanks!

Re: Hong Kong Photo
The photo is of the Central Waterfront in Hong Kong probably circa 1895. The building with the eaves and gables is the Central Market (2nd generation).
Thank you VERY much.
