Based on the graphical content it is likely a Cantonese Opera on film, or an actual Cantonese Opera on stage. Back in those days, some of the cinemas doubled as Cantonese Opera Houses, especially those having a deeper stage.
Typical example are
1 .香港大舞台 (sorry, forgotten it's name in English) located in the site of present day Hopewell Centre;
2. Lee Theatre (with the most advanced stage of its time);
3. The Sunbeam Theatre in North Point, which is still up and running;

Western film?
I tried to search the Chinese name of the film in the HK Film Archive but can't find anything. Perhaps that is a western film?

Many more.
