Cliff it is very unlikely this picture was taken on 14th March 1980 because the Lunar New Year markets in Victoria Park usually only lasts for about 5 or 6 days maximum, and it closes on the first day of the Lunary New Year. Lunar New Year nevers starts as late as mid-March.
Unless you are referring to the date when you printed the photos.
