I'm not sure we can see Ventris Road Govt Qtrs in this photo - they'd be a bit further right?

Any ideas what the pair of buildings in the foreground are?

Error on my part - Wong Nei Chong Road Government Quarters below Leighton Hill. The pair of buildings were related to the Royal Hong Kong Golf Club. One can see a bunker next to the greens.
