Rumsey Street vehicular ferry pier?
I notice the far right of this image shows a vehicular ferry pier that was located at the eastern end of the HK/Macau ferry reclamation. Looking at aerial photos it was in line with Rumsey Street but I can't seem to find any mention of it within Gwulo.
Does anyone have any more information about it? As far as I can tell it was just a rudimentary wooden ramp that was raised when the ferry docked, so intended for single level ferries only.
Cheers
Phil

edit: I found some information over on Hugh's website: https://industrialhistoryhk.org/the-hongkong-and-yaumati-ferry-company-ltd-1923-1973-timeline/
it was a temporary service that operated between 1960 and 1965.
I have created a new place for it: https://gwulo.com/node/51129
Rumsey Street vehicular ferry pier!
The Industrial History of Hong Kong Group website refers:
1960 On the 15th January a temporary auxiliary vehicular ferry service commenced between Rumsey Street/Jordan Road.
Guess that's the ferry visible on the photo. The pier vanished during the reclamation works extending east. The pier was replaced by another one near the Central Vehicular Pier, see here.

thanks Klaus, I had already stumbled on the same reference. I've created a place to add to your existing collection.
