Hi there, I remember the Caritas Building was already there in the 1970s. This one showed its predecessor on the west bound Caine Road. T

Hi There,

Still unable to pin-point the exact date.  But found a few more information:

1.  The Caritas website mentioned the Caine Road Centre was inaugurated in 1963. Uncertain if it was meant for the older building shown or something else;

2.  There is a foundation stone, a bit blurred in Street View but still visible, showing it was laid on 19th March 1964;

The Names of Buildings gives 1968 as the completion date for Caritas House, which seems a bit late but not impossible for a 1964 foundation stone.
