'Stampeded' starring Alan Ladd and Virginia Mayo was a cowboy film that would definitely pull the crowds in. Western films were the mainstay of the cinemas in those days.  (Andrew S)

The film "Stampeded" was screened at the Queen's Theatre between 10 and 15 August 1957.
