Bill took this photograph from close to the floor of the balcony, so he must have been worried that if he were to be spotted he would also have to join in the exercise. I have never previously heard of compulsory pt . They do not look enthusiastic and, with four onlookers, it was possibly some sort of punishment. (Andrew S)
