That looks like a steamroller at the end of the road. I don't remember seeing one of those in the old Hong Kong photos before.

Greetings!  I think it is a steamroller with its front roller in a raised position.  A quick look suggests it could be a front loader but the bucket would have to be farther out front.  Regards,  Peter
