Is there any information about the occasion shown? The men look to be of a similar age, so I wondered if it was a seniors tournament or something similar?

looks like members of the ‘Fanlingerers’ playing for the ‘Taipo Belle Cup’ (held by Captain in the centre of the photograph) ... given average age of the players a number of them may well have been visiting from overseas ... note Fanlingerers still active in Hong Kong but sadly not in UK&NI (now rolled in to CGS ... see www.chinagolfingsociety.com for history etc) ...
