Victoria Park is still on the
Victoria Park is still on the north side of Causeway Road ( right side of picture). The Central Library now occupies the former site of the army barrack in front of the 4-storey Morton Terrace on the left side of this picture. The three identical government- quarter buildings on Leighton Hill gave way to luxury apartments. The Hoover Theatre Building (above the Longines sign) , once a prominent landmark of Causeway Bay , is today completely drawfed by much higher buildings which block even the ridge line of Mount Cameron if this picture is taken from the same spot now.
