This is the third souvenir photo of Hong Kong taken from the Peak by Lt-Cdr WR Fell during his 1928-1929 tour of duty on the China Station with the 4th Submarine Flotilla.

Bowen Road Bridge
I think the photo was taken from the Peak Tram and shows the Bowen Road Bridge.
Also believe that the two other photos were shot from the Peak Tram.

I think you're right, Klaus, as there's a photo of the Peak Tram in the same sequence. There are already rather a lot of photos of the Peak Tram on Gwulo, but in case there is some item of interest in the context of 1928-29 I will upload it for context.
