What means "291"? It's probably not the numer of the building on Des Voeux Road.

It is not the number of the building, A similar number on a building pillar can be seen at 06:13 in this IWM video
Its not the lot number either
Its not the lot number either as 291 was on the corner of queens Road Central & Duddell Street. perhaps it has something to do with a hawker stand license for selling newspapers etc at that location.
