This must be a production still from The World of Suzie Wong. That's William Holden outside the "Nam Kok Hotel" set on Ladder Street.

Edit: I thought I should add that this scene does not appear in the film. The only time Holden takes a rickshaw from the front of the hotel in the movie, he is wearing a suit. I can only surmise that this is either from a scene shot in May 1960 that was never used, or it is perhaps a snapshot of the footage shot during the initial photography with France Nuyen in January 1960.

Thanks for checking that this isn't part of the movie.

Maybe whoever was the photographer for the slide company was sent to take some photos of Holden on one of the street sets?

The movie poster to the right of the rickshaw driver is for the Hong Kong production 樑上佳人 (English title: Lady on the Roof), which was released at the end of 1959 and would therefore tally with the initial shooting of The World of Suzie Wong in January 1960.
