I think it is the Royal Naval Hospital on the left. Not sure if it is houses on Kennedy Road or the Naval Infectious Disease Hospital in the centre. Queen's Road East (Gap Road) runs below.

The houses in the centre are on Stone Nullah Lane/ Kennedy Street. The same area from the south:
