Hi There,
This should be the Mid-levels in Central, just close to the Catholic Cathedral. The Bell tower is visible here, together with one of the side entrances of the Zoologican & Botenical Garden on the right hand side. The photographer should be on the foot [ath between the Glenealy\St Joseph's Terrace and Robinson Road.
