Was he the Mr. Lau Po, a senior teacher of St. Joseph's College, who helped my grandfather, Peter Tsui 徐仁壽, founded Wah Yan College?

Was he father of Lau Ming-sai, a colleague of my father, Paul Tsui 徐家祥, during the War as an Agent of the British Army Aid Group, and subsequently friends post-war?

If so, I have only a little knowledge of Lau Po and keen to know more.
