Hi There,

Those looked like Flower Stalls close to the Cemetery in Aberdeen.  Unable to pin-point where it was though.

Hard to confirm but given the steep street, the photo may have been taken in Central.

After looking at the photo again, I think this may be the scene that one is looking at. The parked car and window of a building in the distance, the flower stalls on the right, the similar flower baskets by the side of the stalls etc .
