Hi there,
From the background houses it looked very likely the photographer and the subject had been standing on Causeway Road. Must be the late 1950's I think as there are trees on the left stating the presence of the Victoria Park.

This picture of Dudley Davenport, RAF Little sai wan, was taken in 1961. From memory, and it is almost 50 years ago, I was at North point awaiting the shuttle bus to take us back to camp. The picture was taken by Pete Hall.
