I believe it is the road side portal at the opposit side of the Restaurant on Harlech Road and below Mount Austin Road, about half hight.
From HK Maps Service Map Search I found another one up at the top of Mount Austin Road, next to a group of Radion Masts. This portal is within 30 metres of a dangerous goods store up there. It's between the 520 and 530 contour line, and the map marked the area as 'Victoria Peak Station'.
Interesting find. I'm not aware of any Air Raid tunnels built up on the Peak, and the government map just marks it as "Tunnel Portal". So what type of tunnel was it?
I was up the peak yesterday despite the sudden thunderstorm/yellow rain storm alerts, visibility extremely low. I managed to take this photograph at the approximate location:
I don't know if that pass for a tunnel portal. Or the site had been blocked up by previous slope works.
