I found a picture from the web site which supposed to be the former Royal Navy Hospital in Wan Chai in 1920's
Wan Chai Reclamation started in 1924 by removing the Morrison Hill for reclamation. The photo showed the rock at the front should be at Morrision Hill. Was the photo taken after the reclamation started?

It would appear that the above photo which is also shown at: http://gwulo.com/node/8849 may have been taken later than 1924.
