Part of the Tiger Balm Gardens.

The authorised architect was Chui Kwan Chee 趙君慈

I wish I could remember more about what my husband told me about the things he saw in Hong Kong,  I know he did tell me about Tiger Balm Gardens,  and I do have a photo of the view from the top of the Pagoda which I will upload later.  I think he told me about it on a visit to Kew Gardens in London where there is also a Pagoda!  I get the impression that he must have explored a lot during his national service years in HK,  well done him!

The pavilion on top of the hill at the top left of this photo is now hidden in the jungle next to the Tai Hang #1 Fresh Water Service Reservoir. The other two not in view still exist.

Those boulders probably still exist, for I have come across several giant ones. Trees have grown a lot, their canopies have covered up the slope in view, so that one cannot see the pavilion from the angle where Moddsey's photo was taken.
