I would be very grateful if someone could help me identify what this spoon commemorates. Hopefully the photo clearly shows the shield with letters, supported by a winged eagle? (The letters appear to be K B O G C). Underneath in scrolls it says 1900 1950 Jubilee Hong Kong. The spoon is marked Sterling. It was just in a box I bought at auction here in Sydney Australia. Many thanks in advance.

I think the circle in the centre is just a design, then reading top down, left to right, we get KBGC, or Kowloon Bowling Green Club.

There are also some markings on the banner, between the shield and Hong Kong. Those might also be clues.
