What's the whole name of Robert Hotung's mother Madame Sze

I read all article about Hotung's family all say his mother is Madame Sze and only mention her surname and no mention his mother whole name is there anybody know Robert Hotung's mother whole name?Why did no people mention Hotung mother whole name and only mention his mother surname is there something hard to speak out?

in E.P. Ho's Tracing My Children Lineage, page 42 "... Great-Grandmother was referred to as Leng Tai 靚娣, meaning "Beautiful Tai"....... Her family name was Shi 施 and she was probably named 施娣....."

No one knows for sure about her name. Only her last name was engraved in her tombstone.

Is very important whether E.P. Ho's book Tracing My Children Lineage written in pure English or in Chinese of her name Leng Tai in bracket(靓娣)? because in Cantonese Leng Tai could also means 靓太( beautiful madame )

Though this site is wonderful I find some information is inconsistent with mainstream media common understanding it's say Ho Kom Tong is son of Mr. kwon As far I know though Ho kom Tong is full blood Chinese but his father not Mr. Kwon is another Chinese man who surname also Ho 

Can anyone  explain this inconsistent  for me thanks
