Chan Hong Chun at 729 Nathan Road
A google search shows the gym of one of Hong Kong's famous martial artists, Chan Hon Chung, used to be in this building.
There's a good write-up here, by an Italian gentleman who trained at the Hon Chung gym there from 1977 until it moved out of the building in the mid-1980s.

Passed by this today and it's still around.
