Yes indeed, That's the part of Holland House on Ice House Street and the building on it's north side is or would become Fu House (another mysterious building which doesn't have a recorded history or any direct photographs!). I would love to see any photos of the building which preceeded Holland House; possibly that building may have been Victoria Building or the site of New Victoria Hotel; but that's speculation pending any real information!

On the right hand side of the photo above, side view of the predecessor of Fu House is captured, it was redeveloped in 1952 by Kwong Hing Investment Group (owned by Fu's Family) into a 11 storey building named Fu House.
