Ron Phillips was the architect who designed Beaconsfield House, in the sixties as well as designing the City Hall ( with Alan Fitch ), Kai Tak Extensions, Murray Building, and the Police Training School at Aberdeen.

A very stylish building. Chinese name is 拱北行(Kung Bak Hong)? Where some government offices located.
