Hi there,

The building is now being called Prestige Tower (彩星中心), since Shui Hing folded its department store business.  It would seem this building was inaugurated in 1963.

Hi David,

It is the same building alright.  I used to visit the store quite often before 1997.  The building had been remodelled a few times since then where different chains moved in and out.
