Shek Kip Mei Police Station
It's the front entrance of the former Shek Kip Mei Divisional Police Station I believe. Other photos at;

A name is written above the entrance with English on the left and Chinese on the right. The English is too vague to be read with certainty, not sure about the Chinese.
