Fruit and vegetable stalls under the viaduct near RAF Kai Tak. I am not sure but I think the viaduct was being used to transport rock and gravel for the (then) new runway under construction in the harbour.

Yes, the temporary bridge was in Kowloon City and as you say used by trucks to transport rock and gravel for the then reclaimed runway. Click on this series of photos as shown here
