The fluted radiator makes me think this is perhaps a Daimler ?

It looked like a Daimler Limousine to me.

Similar long wheel base Daimler with bit sticking out the roof last seen in 2000-something looking rather sad perched atop of a container in 橫台山散村.

 

I think I took a picture of it, but can't find it now.
