Janet Sylvia Broadbridge, 1918-1995.

Daughter of sea captain Alfred Cyrus Broadbridge and Lily Hunter. Worked as a secretary for Gilman and Co.

According to Greg Leck's Captives of Empire she was interned in Stanley but left camp before the end of the war - either guaranteed out or allowed to leave because she was Eurasian.

Later married jockey and businessman Victor Needa.
