Thanks for pinpointing the building. I had been trying to speculate on what building it could be from other clues on the Ma Tau Wai map (http://gwulo.com/node/10224) before Christoph put up the photo and information. It proves me to be completely wrong.
The other one you provided (http://gwulo.com/node/18413), if we are right over there, marks the Victoria Girls' School with the wall. The cameraman faced north, so bang in front of him past the building was the Lion Rock. This building seems to be located behind the school on the eastern side of the hill, and so unsighted in the Ma Tau Wai map. The cameraman would be looking NW. Lion Rock does look a little further away.
