Hok Choy (Black Boy) should be identical to Lau Hak-tsai (劉黑仔), a small team leader of the pro-communist Kong Kau Brigade.  The Kong Kau was later amalgated into the East River Colunm Guerrillas formed upon getting US support & recognition.  One of his men was Tang Yin (鄧賢) was led by Lee Siu Wah (李兆華) (f) of Wong Chuk Shan village to visit Lt.Kerr in his hiding.  Tang Yin might have been the Y.T. mentioned.  Lau & his Pistol Team operated in the hills over Saikung & Shatin.
