Hi

I am new to this geneology stuff and I am struggling to find any info on my grandfather William Cecil Low (Bill) he was in Hong Kong from about 1920 till retirement in about 1963. He married there to Ethel Hope Banker. I think he was deputy registrar, my mum has pointed out his office in the court building that she used to go to as a girl. Any help would be most greatful even if it is a point in the right direction.

They are Ethel Low's nieces, daughters of Joyce Golding. I'm not sure what they know about the Low side, but they can tell you about the Bankers.

My mother, Gladys Mok, gave Mr William C. Low at this address as a referee on her application for registration as a teacher.
