This bus looks like the ones I took in the 1950s.  After the engine stalled, though infrequent, one or two hand-cranks on the engine would make it alive again.  Note the small size in the bus number/terminal.  The front grill's colour matches the upper deck, truely two tune, or was it the mechanic's choice?
